This won't fix you (But it might help you keep going)

This won't fix you. But small shifts like changing your scene, drinking water, scribbling it out, lowering the bar can help you keep moving when everything feels heavy. Survival counts.
Let's be clear: this won't fix you. But sometimes, tiny shifts are the only realistic ones.
Here are a few you can try:
1.) CHANGE YOUR SCENE.
Move somewhere else - the floor, the kitchen, even just a different chair. Your brain registers the switch, and sometimes that's enough to jolt you a little out of stuck mode.
2.) DRINK WATER.
It's the most boring advice in the world, nut being dehydrated messes with your body and your head. A glass of water won't cure the heaviness, but it takes one layer of noise away.
3.) WRITE THE CHAOS DOWN.
Doesn't need to be pretty, or structured, or even readable. Get it out of your head and onto a page. Sometimes dumping the mess makes it quiter.
4.) LOWER THE BAR.
You don't need to conquer the whole day. Getting out of bed counts. Answering one text counts. Survival is still progress.
None of this "fixes" you. But little shifts stacked together can help you move forward - even if it's just an inch at a time. And that's still something.
