Each piece is made to order through our print on demand partner, Printify. That means your item is printed only when you buy it.

Who actually prints and ships my order?

We partner with Printify, a global POD platform that connects us with trusted printing facilities. Depending on your location, your order will be printed and shipped from the nearest available production partner.

Does using Printify affect quality?

No - we choose only high-quality Printify partners who meet our print standards. Every OVREDGE item is checked for quallity before shipping.

What is your return policy?

Because every OVREDGE item is made to order through Printify, we don't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Each piece is printed just for you, we don't keep stock.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If there is a printing error, damaged item, or wrong order - don't worry. Send us an email at contact@ovredge.com with photos of the issue within 30 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund through Printify.

Do I need to send the product back?

Usually,no. Printify typically doesn't require returns for misprints or damaged items, just clear photos showing the issue.

Who pays for shipping on replacament?

If the mistake is on our side (printing, quality, or shipping damage), it's fully covered.
